Warranty

Limited one year from the date of purchase, B-Y-O OVERLAND will repair or replace (at our option) defective parts at no cost to the customer.

All expensive related to replacing or repairing a defective par under the warranty shall be assume by B-Y-O OVERLAND except for the following expensive will be assumed by the buyer: the cost of transporting the product to B-Y-O OVERLAND.

Warranty only apply to individual name on the invoice. Warranty can not be transfer to another individual.

 Our warranty does not cover all issues, such as the ones below:

  • UV damage: ultra-violet damage to fabric.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes occurring as a result of use (vinyl window discoloration, scratches/dents on the rooftop tent top, etc.)
  • Damage caused by the customer (misuse, accident, abuse, storm damage, etc.)
  • Aesthetic changes that do not affect the general operation of the roof top tent.

 Shipping Methods

Shipped your tent or after it has been received, no returns are allowed and no refunds will be given. This is due to the difficulty and cost of transporting our tents and the possibility of damage if returned. Our tents are still covered by our limited one-year warranty and we will stand behind our products if you have any issue. You will have access to all replacement parts at cost anytime they are needed.
